No-refunds policy

Tomorrow Is Not Guaranteed is a personal mutual aid fundraiser operated by Ryan Perez. Online contributions are in US dollars; Canadian e-transfers are accepted in CAD. Contributions are voluntary personal support, not charitable donations eligible for a tax receipt.

Contributions are final

No-refunds policy: contributions are final and non-refundable once processed, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights, payment-provider dispute rights, or rights relating to unauthorized transactions.

Accidental, duplicate or unauthorized contributions

Contact ryan@bowtiekreative.com promptly with the date, amount and payment reference. Do not send full payment credentials or card numbers. Requests will be reviewed individually; this policy does not guarantee a discretionary refund.
