Contribution terms

This is Tomorrow Is Not Guaranteed, a personal mutual aid fundraiser operated by Ryan Perez in Calgary, Canada. Contributions support Ryan's living costs and ability to work, including housing, transportation, clothing, company registration, speaking travel and personal support. Allocation may change as needs change.

Personal support, not a purchase

Online contributions and the campaign total are in US dollars (USD). Canadian e-transfers are accepted in CAD and included in the USD total only after documented manual currency reconciliation. This is not a registered charity and no charitable tax receipt is issued. A contribution is voluntary personal support, not an investment, loan or purchase of guaranteed goods or services. There is no promise of financial return.

Forthcoming resources

The ebook, Program Reset course and community are planned thank-you resources. They are not available for immediate delivery and have no confirmed release date or stated monetary value. Supporters will be emailed when resources are available. This page does not promise a podcast producer credit.

Payment verification

Online methods are offered only when available. A return or thank-you page is not proof of payment. Totals depend on server-side payment verification and may be delayed. E-transfer totals and wall requests require manual verification. Processor fees, your bank's charges and currency conversion may apply.

Refund policy

No-refunds policy: contributions are final and non-refundable once processed, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights, payment-provider dispute rights, or rights relating to unauthorized transactions. For an accidental, duplicate or unauthorized contribution, contact ryan@bowtiekreative.com promptly with the date, amount and payment reference. Do not send full payment credentials. Requests will be reviewed individually; this policy does not guarantee a discretionary refund.

Public wall and email

You remain anonymous publicly unless you separately opt in. Public names and messages require verification and moderation; publication is not guaranteed. Messages may be withheld if unsafe, abusive or privacy-invasive. Contact Ryan to request removal. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time. See the privacy notice.
